Tracy Chinn

Tracy Chinn is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a strong background in nonprofit management and community engagement. As Associate Director at Hirsch Philanthropy Partners from August 2022 to November 2023 and currently at Third Plateau, Tracy has played a pivotal role in merging organizations and enhancing their impact on the community. Previously, Tracy served as Development Director at the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, successfully leading diverse fundraising campaigns, managing a member base of 10,000, and overseeing organizational strategy and planning. Additional experience includes roles at La Casa de las Madres and United Way of the Bay Area, where Tracy was instrumental in grant management and corporate fundraising initiatives. Tracy Chinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a focus on Social Services, from the University of California, Davis.
