Shawn Philip is a New York State CPA candidate who has passed all four parts of the exam. Currently serving as Vice President at Third Point LLC since 2022, Shawn previously held the roles of Assistant Controller and Deputy CCO at Gates Capital Management, and worked as an Associate at PwC from 2017 to 2019.
