We are an Africa-based philanthropic intermediary and advisory partner. We connect philanthropy to vetted and trusted grassroots organizations and work alongside them to strengthen the systems, relationships, and local institutions that make community-led change more sustainable.

We know that resourcing grassroots organizations is often harder than it should be. Many philanthropists want to fund where impact is real and sustained but struggle to identify credible pathways, trusted partners, and giving approaches that stay grounded in community realities.
TSB helps close that gap. We work between philanthropy and grassroots organizations, helping funding move with more trust, more proximity, and stronger institutional support.
