Aradhana Roy

Aradhana leads all product strategy, design, development, and delivery initiatives at 3Si. She also works directly with 3Si clients on their early childhood data strategy, research, and data projects to inform evidence-based policy and decision-making.

Aradhana has over a decade experience of working with states, cities, and philanthropies on early childhood strategy, research, data analytics, financial modeling, and program evaluation. At 3Si, Aradhana has led a series of projects with state agencies and their early childhood and philanthropic partners, including the implementation of a statewide early learning quality rating and improvement system, child care subsidy forecasting, program monitoring, and evaluation, and the design and implementation of early childhood integrated data systems.
