Lottie Bates

Lottie Bates has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lottie began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Eli Lilly and Company in 2012, where they worked for a year. Lottie then joined The Publican Group as a Host, and later moved on to Covent Garden Bureau as an Administrator. Lottie worked in these roles until 2015. In 2016, Lottie joined KiwiRail as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and then transitioned to Nexus Marketplace as a Marketing and Communications Executive. Lottie worked at Nexus Marketplace until 2017, when they joined Third Space Learning as an Email Marketing Manager. Over time, they were promoted to Head of Web, Brand and Communications, and eventually to their current role as Head of Marketing.

Lottie Bates attended Bournemouth University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business.
