Susan Wasem

Susan Wasem, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Third Way since June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources & Administration at the National Apartment Association and GradGov Careers Director at GradGov. Susan Wasem also held a position as the Masters Representative on the Graduate Executive Committee at Georgetown University, collaborating on policy-making for graduate programs. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Doorways, Human Resources Manager at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and Human Resources Generalist roles at Knovos and the University of the District of Columbia. Additional roles include Administrative Specialist at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and an internship at Norfolk State University. Susan Wasem holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Norfolk State University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
