Charles Arroyo

Charles Arroyo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charles joined ThirdChannel in 2019 and worked their way up to the role of VP of Product and Customer Experience in April 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as Director of Product and Product Manager at the same company.

Before joining ThirdChannel, Charles worked at TR3 Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2019. Charles served as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Consultant, contributing to the improvement of sales and supply chain operations for major consumer packaged goods suppliers.

Charles also worked at Revenue Solutions, Inc. in 2013 as a Consultant, collaborating with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue to enhance auditors' performance and increase collaboration. Charles utilized their expertise as a corporate tax SME and worked with an offsite development group to address short-term problems.

In their earlier career, Charles worked as a Business Analyst at TR3 Solutions, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they helped improve sales and supply chain operations for consumer packaged goods suppliers.

Charles has a background in academia as well, having worked as a Resident Assistant at Boston College from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they offered guidance and leadership to students, connected them to university resources, and created a safe academic environment.
