Frank Schuster

Frank Schuster currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Schuster Family since February 2024. Prior to this role, Frank held significant positions at Thirdera, including SVP of Global Practices from September 2021 until its acquisition by Cognizant in January 2024, and Senior Vice President of Digital at APPOXIO (now Thirdera) from April 2018 to September 2021. Frank’s earlier career includes various roles at ServiceNow, where Frank was a Senior Platform Architect, Platform Architect, Senior Solution Consultant, and Technical Consultant, spanning from May 2012 to April 2018. Previous experiences also include project management positions at TWT Interactive GmbH and INVIAS GmbH & Co. KG. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed between 2009 and 2013, and studied at bib International College from 2007 to 2009.
