Lucy Shilling

Lucy Shilling is the current Head of People at Thirdfort. Lucy has previous experience working as the People Lead at Thread and as a Senior Associate at The Up Group.

Shilling is passionate about building an environment that aligns with company values and gives the team the support they need to learn and grow. In their previous positions, they have been responsible for hiring driven individuals who want to be exceptional at their craft.

Lucy has also hosted invite-only networking events, such as the Digital Masters Awards, which bring together high-profile investors, entrepreneurs and executives from across the international digital community.

Lucy Shilling has a Master of Arts in Culture and Difference from Durham University, a Bachelor of Arts in American and Canadian Studies from the University of Birmingham, and a year abroad program from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
