Head of Customer Success at Thirdfort

Nick Turner is the Head of Customer Success at Thirdfort. Nick has over 10 years of experience in customer success and operations. Nick was previously the Vice President of Customer Operations at Checkout.com and the Global Head of Customer Onboarding at GoCardless. Nick has also worked as the Director of Operations for Urban Entertainment Dubai, where they were responsible for the development and execution of marketing and market launch strategies, project management of events and logistical requirements, sourcing of warehousing and operational space, account management and new customer acquisition, and strategic planning and implementation of strategy goals.

Nick Turner attended FH Münster for their Bachelor of Arts in the European Business Programme. Nick then went on to study at the University of Portsmouth for their second Bachelor of Arts, also in the European Business Programme.

Nick Turner reports to Olly Thornton-Berry, Co-Founder & MD. Nick Turner works with Matt Berry - Head of Partnerships, Sam Ruback - Head of Legal, and Jack O'Donnell - Head of Business Development.
