Holden Mitchell is a Co-founder & Head of Software Engineering at ThirdLine and a Senior Developer at 9b. Holden has also held various roles in the past. From 2013-2021, they were employed by Tulsa Public Schools, where they served as Lead Developer, Data Strategist, and Teacher. During their time as a Teacher, they led their class to a 93% pass rate on the Geometry End of Instruction Test, compared to the school and district averages. Holden also developed a web platform to aid teachers in collaboration and tracking of data through online assessments. Additionally, they founded the Cross Country program, which grew to 20 athletes in 2 years. From 2013-2021, they were also employed by Teach For America, where they served as a High School Science Teacher in a high priority region at a Title 1 School. Holden successfully completed the Teach for America certification requirements, which included 90+ hours of professional development.

Holden Mitchell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 2008 and 2013. In December 2018, they were awarded the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In July 2020, they were awarded the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
