Alexandra Bodnar

Alexandra Bodnar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alexandra is currently working as the Chief Legal & People Officer at ThirdLove since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member at Chief, a private network to empower women leaders, starting from 2021. From 2017 to 2022, they held a leadership role as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary | Head of HR and DE&I at Volt, a global staffing and recruiting company. Before that, they worked at Ogletree Deakins as a Shareholder (Partner) | Employment Lawyer | Co-Chair Sports & Entertainment Practice Group where they handled high-profile employment claims and advised clients in various industries.

Alexandra also worked at Squire Patton Boggs as a Partner | LA Office Employment Department Head | LA Office Hiring Partner, specializing in litigating complex employment claims and providing legal advice to businesses. Additionally, they served as an Associate Attorney at Freshman, Marantz, Orlanski, Cooper & Klein (now K&L Gates), and as a Certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.

Early in their career, Alexandra gained experience as a Law Clerk at EY, an Extern for the Honorable Edward Rafeedie at the U.S. District Courts, and as a Paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Alexandra Bodnar holds a BA degree in Government from Dartmouth College. Alexandra also earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Southern California. In 2023-2024, Alexandra attended Wharton Executive Education for the CHRO Program. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mini MBA for In House Counsel from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
