Thomas Hwang

Thomas Hwang has held various positions in the technology industry since 1993. Thomas started their career at Signal Perfection LTD as a System Engineer, then moved to EDO as a Project Manager in 1996. In 1998, they joined Trident Systems as a Senior System Engineer. From 2001 to 2013, they worked at Lockheed Martin Corp. as a Project Manager, responsible for developing open architecture, sensing, fusion, and situation assessment processes for decision-making, as well as modeling and simulation to battle scenarios under Aegis Programs. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Director of Business Administration at GSIS, responsible for defining and initiating projects, assigning project team and managing portfolio. Thomas then worked as an Independent Consultant at Aero Venture Engineering LLC from 2016 to 2020, responsible for managing partnership and project activities between US and European software vendors, and Korean system integrator in localizing Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) S/W for Aerospace Programs. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at ThirdPacket Technologies.

Thomas Hwang holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics & Mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Thomas also holds ITILv4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in February 2023, and PMP certification from PMI, obtained in March 2013.
