Ali Weaver

Ali Weaver has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting from 2022, Ali is currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at Thirdwave, where they focus on understanding, finding, and retaining the company's best customers.

Prior to joining Thirdwave, Ali worked at Compass from 2018 to 2021. They held multiple roles during their tenure, including Strategic Lead for RE Ventures, Senior Business Operations Specialist, Senior Agent Success Manager, and Agent Success Manager.

During their time at Pennoni from 2016 to 2018, Ali worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to the company's talent acquisition efforts.

Ali's work experience also includes a role at PHEAA from 2014 to 2016, where they served as a Customer Experience Analyst.

Ali Weaver earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Ali attended the university from 2011 to 2014.
