Melissa Pappas

Melissa Pappas has a strong background in healthcare and client operations. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Operations at ThirdWaveRx since September 2022. Prior to this, Melissa held the same role at SRX from February 2017 to December 2022.

In their earlier career, Melissa worked at TripleCare, where they served as the Vice President of Operations from January 2016 to January 2017, and as the Director of Client Services from August 2014 to December 2016. Melissa also worked at National HealthCare Associates as the Regional Director of Marketing & Business Development from April 2010 to August 2014.

Before that, Melissa gained extensive experience at Golden Living, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager from September 2005 to March 2010. Melissa'sresponsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing teams, managing admissions processes, and participating in company-wide projects. Melissa was also involved in the planning of a new facility in Erie, PA.

Melissa also served as the Interim Administrator of Assisted Living & Dementia Care Unit, where they opened and managed the Dementia Care Unit and developed an activities program.

Melissa Pappas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Metropolitan College of New York in 2013. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. Melissa also attended Youngstown State University from 1998 to 2000, though no degree information was provided for this period. Additionally, Melissa has obtained two certifications: Nutrition Coach Level 1 and Nutrition Coach Level 2, both from Precision Nutrition. Melissa acquired the Nutrition Coach Level 1 certification in May 2015 and the Nutrition Coach Level 2 certification in October 2016.
