Ashley Patrick

Ashley Patrick, MS, RD, CF-L1, currently serves as the Head of Partnerships and Customer Support at Thirdzy, where responsibilities include critical thinking and relationship-building within the health and fitness industry. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Systems and Personnel Manager at Running Tide Home Services, overseeing client communication and customer service operations. Ashley has extensive experience as a Registered Dietitian, including positions at Summerfield Custom Wellness and NutritionRx, where personal nutrition programs were developed and implemented. Additional roles within the fitness and nutrition sectors include Group Fitness Instructor at Gold's Gym and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Total Nutrition Technology, where Ashley facilitated corporate wellness initiatives and nutrition assessments. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University.
