Harm Tiddens is the Chief Medical Officer at Thirona and has held the position since 2022, contributing to the implementation of automated software for quantifying structural lung abnormalities in clinical care. With over 30 years of research experience, Harm previously served as an Emeritus Professor in Pediatric Pulmonology and an Honorary Professor in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Erasmus MC, where they focused on imaging-related outcomes in lung diseases from 1991 to 2015. Since 2020, Harm has also been a consultant on imaging outcome measures for clinical trials in lung diseases, dedicating time to supporting the industry in improving clinical trial designs.
