Sam Cutler has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. They started their career at Turner Duckworth as an intern in 2004. They then worked at HGV as a designer from March 2008 to February 2009. After that, they joined Crossing O'Sullivan as a designer from April 2009 to August 2009. Moving forward, they worked at Design Bridge in multiple roles including Middle-weight designer from March 2010 to May 2011, Senior Designer from May 2011 to July 2012, Design Director from July 2012 to November 2020, Creative Director New York from July 2016 to November 2020, Creative Director from November 2020 to September 2022, and Leadership Creative Director from June 2022 to January 2024. Most recently, they have been working as a Creative Director at Thirst since December 2023.

Sam Cutler attended University College Falmouth from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with honours degree in Graphic Design, achieving a 2:1 classification.
