Previously, they served in various supervisory and management roles, including Supervisor/Plumbing & Heating Engineer at Durham County Council and Area Manager at SSE. Brian has extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They hold an HNC in Building Service Engineering and Management from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
