Cheryl Hodds

Cheryl Hodds has extensive experience in various roles focused on learning and organizational development, recruitment, and career coaching. Most recently, Cheryl served as the Community Volunteer Lead, Employment Coach, Tutor, and Senior Learning and Organisational Development Adviser at Thirteen Group, where responsibilities included developing OD interventions in line with the Strategic Plan. Previous positions include Personal Career Coach at A4e, Information Advisor at Stockton Riverside College, and Training Consultant at Protocol Skills. Cheryl also held roles at Sopra Steria as a Resourcing Specialist and Business Impact UK Ltd as an Apprentice Recruitment Officer.
