David Butler

David Butler is a Senior Project Manager at Thirteen Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in various construction disciplines, including Architecture, Building Surveying, Clerk of Works, Asset Planning, and Project Management. They currently oversee multiple new build development sites across the North East and Yorkshire, leading a team of Project Managers and Quality Inspectors. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), David has collaborated extensively with external consultants across the architectural industry. David holds an HNC in Building Construction Technology from Hartlepool College of Further Education and an HND in Graphic Communication from Cleveland College of Art and Design.
