Kay Glew is an experienced Housing and Communities Director with over 30 years in housing, care, and support. They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Neighbourhoods at Thirteen Group, where they excelled in delivering high-profile projects and leading significant change. Kay is a qualified professional, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Policy and Practice and an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Leadership and Strategic Management. Their commitment to customer service and collaboration is recognized through nominations and awards, including being shortlisted for Professional of the Year at the CIOH's Women in Housing Awards. Kay is currently pursuing a degree in Urban Policy and Race Relations from Edge Hill University.
