Michelle Dawson is the current Innovation Manager at Thirteen Group since April 2021. Michelle previously held positions such as Senior Manager at Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind, Programme Manager at Ageing Better Middlesbrough, Safeguarding Manager at Cleveland Fire Brigade, and Safer Middlesbrough Partnership at Middlesbrough Council. Michelle has a background in leading transformation programs in mental health services, social prescribing programs, strategic learning programs, and vulnerable adult response initiatives. Michelle also has experience in designing new multi-agency responses to improve community experiences. Michelle completed their education at Egglescliffe Comprehensive School from 1993 to 2000.
