Simon Stephenson is currently a Company Solicitor (Property) at Thirteen Housing Group Limited, specializing in the acquisition of land for development in the social housing sector. With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial property, Simon has handled a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasing matters. Simon has previously worked at various law firms, including Roberts & Smith Solicitors and Preston City Council, and has set up and managed property departments. Simon holds a Law LL.B (Hons) from the University of Central Lancashire and has completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Chester.
