Susan Borrow

Susan Borrow is a Care and Support Manager (Contracts) at Thirteen Group, where they oversee multiple employability and ex-offender support services across the North East, managing multi-million pound budgets and high-performance service delivery. Previously, they served as a Project Manager for the Know Your Money project, leading a Big Lottery funded initiative to enhance the financial confidence of young people. With extensive experience in contract and project management, training delivery, and community engagement, they possess a Foundation Degree in Business Management from the University of Teesside. Susan has also held various roles in partnership coordination, operational management, and communications, contributing to community cohesion and financial inclusion efforts.
