Working around their day jobs, Sydney and Nikki officially launched This Ends Now as a not-for-profit in the UK in October, 2022. They began applying for funding to build their campaigns, giving media interviews, and changing victim-blaming headlines. It was hard work, but worth it. Then, they began to grow the team.
