Working around their day jobs, Sydney and Nikki officially launched This Ends Now as a not-for-profit in the UK in October, 2022. They began applying for funding to build their campaigns, giving media interviews, and changing victim-blaming headlines. It was hard work, but worth it. Then, they began to grow the team.

The team comprises investigative writers who delve into in-depth stories, social media content creators who craft posts for various platforms, a TikTok officer who manages short-form video content, and a podcast host who produces and presents insightful audio content. Together, they generate compelling content to support the organization's campaigns and combat victim-blaming narratives.
