Emma Lobb

Emma Lobb has over 18 years of experience in the digital and creative industries. Emma is currently serving as the Head of Delivery at This Here since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Agency (Maternity Cover) at the same company from July 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining This Here, Emma had a brief stint as a Project Director at AKQA from March 2021 to June 2021.

In 2020, Emma took a career break to recharge and focus on personal projects in photography and interior styling. Emma also spent three months in New Zealand due to the UK lockdown.

From 2019 to 2020, Emma worked as a Production Director (Maternity Cover) at PRELOADED, where they played a key role in the company's growth in the digital innovation and immersive space. Emma was also involved in operational and financial decisions and implemented efficiencies across the business.

Emma was responsible for managing and delivering various digital projects and collaborating with stakeholders to define agency processes.

In their early career, Emma worked at AKQA as a Production Manager from November 2009 to February 2010. Emma also had a career break where they traveled from January 2009 to October 2009.

Emma's career began at Preloaded in 2003, where they held several roles including Senior Producer and Producer. Emma worked on notable projects for clients such as BBC, C4, and BAFTA, delivering interactive and immersive experiences.

Prior to that, Emma studied BTEC Foundation Studies in Art & Design at Surrey Institute of Art & Design from 1994 to 1995. Emma also completed their A Levels in Art, Textiles & Fashion, and Business Studies at Strodes College from 1992 to 1994.

In 2002 and 2003, Emma studied Project Management at the Open University, although no degree was mentioned for this period.

Aside from their formal education, Emma obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
