Lauren Bauer

Lauren Bauer serves as the Business Director at This Is Flow since October 2023, and is currently the Co-Chair of the MFA5+ Sydney Committee at the Media Federation of Australia, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Hearts & Science from April 2019 to August 2023, including Senior Account Director and Account Director, with responsibilities for leading accounts such as Macquarie Bank and Hyundai. Prior experience includes positions at m2m, OMD Australia, and Access Public Relations Australia, with a robust background in account management and media planning across diverse industries. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Public Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Technology Sydney and has further academic experience in marketing and journalism.
