James Stump is a hands-on design leader dedicated to enhancing the customer experience for global brands through a combination of user research, product design, service design, and low-code development. They began their career as a Design Intern at Monitise plc, advancing to UX & UI Designer within the same year. At This Place, James progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Design Director. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Arts from London South Bank University between 2012 and 2015.
