Phil Wright

Phil Wright has a diverse work experience starting in 2023 as the Global Brand Director at This Works. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Marketing Director at Omorovicza Cosmetics from 2020 to 2022. From 2010 to 2020, they held various roles at L'Oréal, including Brand Activation Manager, Senior Global Product Manager, Senior Global Project Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, Account Manager, and Marketing Management Trainee across different brands such as Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Giorgio Armani Parfums & Beauté, Kiehl's, and L'Oréal Professionnel. Before joining L'Oréal, they worked as a Cultural Ambassador at the British Council in 2009. Phil also worked as a Translator at Synovate, specializing in Spanish-English and English-Spanish translation for FMCG and fashion-based industries. Phil began their career as a Commercial Intern at L'Oréal in 2008.

Phil Wright attended Stockton Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006, but did not complete a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Following this, from 2006 to 2010, they studied at the University of Cambridge, where they graduated with a Class I (BA Hons) in Modern & Medieval Languages.
