James Waters

James Waters is the Finance Director at THIS, a Certified B Corporation, where they lead a team of motivated finance professionals. Previously, James held various finance roles at Ella's Kitchen, including Financial Controller and Head of Reporting and FP&A, contributing to the success of the renowned baby food brand. With earlier experience as a Group Financial Accountant at Acision and Financial Controller at Plum Baby, James built a diverse financial background after beginning their career as a Senior Associate at PwC. James holds an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Reading.
