They have previously held positions as a Research Scientist at the University of Reading and as a Quality Assurance Officer at Biscuiteers. With a master’s degree in Food Science and a bachelor’s in Biology, Jasper applies scientific approaches and analysis techniques to develop innovative solutions in the food industry.
