Luke Byrne has a strong background in innovation and product development within the food and personal care industries. With experience at companies like THIS™, the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and Unilever, Luke has held various leadership roles such as Innovation Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior R&D Manager. Luke has managed large teams, overseen budgets, led agile and lean methodologies, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful innovation projects. Luke's educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and Queen's University Belfast.
