Thomas W. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Thomas started their career as an IT Technician at Stretford High School in 2009, where they provided support for management, teachers, and students. In 2010, they joined wilks.co as a Web Designer and Developer, where they designed and developed websites for small businesses and implemented basic SEO and marketing strategies.

In 2011, Thomas joined Bliss and took on multiple roles throughout their tenure. Thomas began as a Frontend Developer, responsible for implementing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Thomas later advanced to the role of Senior Frontend Developer, where they worked on team-based version control using Git, GitHub, and GitLab. Thomas then served as the Lead Web Developer, and finally, they became the current Head of Technical Operations.
