Todd Lower

Todd Lower is an Operations Leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Grow and the Chief Operating Officer at Assembly Norfolk. They have a rich background in product development, having worked at Dominion Enterprises from 2010 to 2012 as a Product Development Analyst, where they managed projects and implemented marketing strategies. Todd also has extensive production experience from their previous roles at Grow between 2012 and 2015. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at Pennsylvania State University.
