Devan Du Plooy

Devan du Plooy has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Devan started their career as an intern at Catalyst Fund Managers in 2010. In 2012, they worked at Broll Property Group as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant before joining the University of Cambridge to pursue an MPhil in Real Estate Finance. After completing their degree, they became a Junior Partner at MSS Real Estate LLP in 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Investments at MARK (formerly Meyer Bergman), a multi-platform investment manager specializing in real estate.

Devan du Plooy completed their education at various institutions. Devan attended Bishops Diocesan College from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued various fields of study. Devan then went on to Stellenbosch University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in P.P.E. In 2011, Devan attended the University of Cape Town, completing a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. From 2012 to 2013, they studied at the University of Cambridge and obtained a Master of Philosophy degree in Real Estate Finance.
