Precilla Long has extensive experience in the perfume, cosmetics, and skincare industries, having held key roles at Matrix from 2010 to 2019. As a Supply Chain Manager, they were responsible for sourcing and onboarding suppliers in Asia, as well as managing factory communications and relationships. In their previous position as Sourcing Merchandiser Manager, Precilla focused on retail, leading teams in product sourcing, cost management, and supplier relationship building to enhance product development and compliance. They began their career as an Apparel Merchandiser at Luen Thai Holdings Limited.
