Gillian Frame

Gillian is an experienced business leader, HR professional, and executive coach who has over 25 years experience in people and HR management, leadership development and coaching, specializing in working with individual leaders and groups to achieve personal, professional and business success. Working with clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America, projects have included leadership programs for the banking, public sector and retail sectors; designing & implementing a new talent pipeline process for the consulting team of a global consulting firm and implementing a wide ranging change program covering cultural change, organization design, succession planning & career development, performance management, and reward strategy. In addition to her Leadership & Executive Coaching practice, Gillian is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Befriending Networks – an organization which provides support, training and guidance to hundreds of befriending projects across the UK. She is also works regularly as a Crisis Volunteer with Shout, the UK’s first free 24/7 text service for people in crisis. Gillian is a qualified coach, accredited to use a range of psychometric and profiling tools.
