Hanif Ullah

Hanif Ullah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and technical management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Spiro since October 2025, Hanif previously held the position of Head of the Project Management Office at Fractal Systems - UAE from February 2019 to October 2025, where expertise was demonstrated in leading a team of project managers. Hanif's background includes roles such as Senior Project Manager, with specialized skills in event management, new media technologies, and digital content development, as well as project management at PEL and as a Planning Engineer at NTNU. Early career experience includes positions at the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate and Halliburton. Hanif's educational background comprises a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience and a degree in Resource Management, Sustainability Studies, and Project Management from NTNU, along with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
