Mark Roper

Mark Roper is an experienced Information Technology leader with a robust background in driving innovation and technology strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Information Technology at Spiro since October 2021, Mark focuses on Supply Chain Systems, Financials, Predictive Dashboards, and Intelligent Workflow tools. Previous roles include Director of Innovation & Technology at Power Construction, Director of Information Technology at UnitedHealth Group - Optum, and a strategic executive position at Power Construction. Mark has a solid foundation in IT management, having previously worked at Abbott and Kimball Hill Homes, and began his career in the Army National Guard as an Infantry Sergeant. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management & Supply Chain, both from Northern Illinois University.
