Mark Sykes

Mark Sykes has over 35 years of experience in the design industry. Mark started their career as a Museum Designer at Area Museum & Art Gallery Service in 1984. Later, they joined GES in 1986 and held various roles, including Design Director and SVP Global Design. In their role at GES, they managed the global design strategy, led creative design teams, and focused on delivering creative solutions that exceeded client expectations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Spiro as the SVP - Executive Creative Director.

Mark Sykes attended Hull College of Art and Design from 1980 to 1984, where they focused on Exhibition and Museum Design. Mark did not receive a degree during this time.
