Erica Rishel

Erica Rishel has been in the customer experience field since 2001. Erica began their career as a Client Service Consultant at HMR Weight Management Services in 2001. In 2005, they moved to C Space as a Community Consultant. In 2009, they joined Communispace Corporation as an Associate Director Client Services and Community Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to Thistle as a Customer Experience Consultant and Customer Experience Manager.

Erica Rishel has an education history of two degrees. Erica earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simmons School of Management in 2004, and their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management (Prince Retail Program) from Simmons University in 1994.
