Benjamin Hänsel

Benjamin Hunt is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Moody's since May 2023, Benjamin has played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining an application for shell company detection, leveraging AWS and Kubernetes for deployment. Previously, as a Software Engineering Manager at ReLyst, LLC, Benjamin led the core engineering team and modernized legacy applications. Benjamin's tenure at DIGARC included responsibilities as a Tech Lead, where architectural planning and technical debt management were key focuses. Earlier career highlights also include running an independent business providing custom website design and hosting services, as well as serving as a Senior Web Developer for the Motorcycle Riders Association, managing high-traffic legacy web applications. Benjamin holds a degree in Digital Multimedia Technology with a focus on Information Technology from Polk State College.
