Dan Jones

Dan Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as Managing Director, COO, and Head of the Strategic Resource Group at Thomas H. Lee Partners since 2007, Dan has also held the position of Vice Chair and Board of Trustees member at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since March 2016. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Monitor Group from 2004 to 2007, Financial Project Manager and Deputy to the CFO at LATAM Airlines from 1999 to 2004, and Financial Analyst at CCU from 1997 to 1999. Dan holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management (2004) and a BA in Government from Dartmouth College (1997), alongside a High School Diploma from Belmont Hill School (1993).
