Hari Pujar serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tessera Therapeutics since October 2020, while also holding the position of Executive Partner at THL Partners since July 2025. As the Founding President and Member of the Board at Mirai Bio since March 2022, and a Member of the Board at Ring Therapeutics since June 2021, Pujar actively contributes to the biotechnology sector. Additionally, Pujar is on the Advisory Board of Stony Brook University as well as the Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing and has previously served on the Advisory Board of the New Jersey Innovation Institute. Prior roles include Operating Partner at Flagship Pioneering and Chief Technology Officer at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Pujar’s background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
