Mayeti Gametchu

Mayeti Gametchu serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel at THL Partners since December 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel. Prior experience includes over a decade at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an Assistant Director and Senior Counsel in the Asset Management Unit. Mayeti's legal career also includes roles as Partner at Sherin and Lodgen LLP and Co-Founder at Paragon Law Group, LLP/Wolf Block. Early in the career, Mayeti worked as a Litigation Associate at both Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Williams College.
