Thomas Day

Thomas Day, MST, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at THL Partners, beginning in July 2023. Previously, Thomas was a Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital, where responsibilities included overseeing cash movement for Co-invest funds focused on Double Impact and Life Sciences. Early career experience includes roles at Grant Thornton LLP, starting as a Tax Intern, advancing to Experienced Tax Associate and Senior Tax Associate, specializing in tax compliance and provision preparation. Thomas also held positions in internal auditing and accounts payable at Progress Software and served as President of Bentley Club Hockey, showcasing leadership and organizational skills. Academically, Thomas holds a Master of Science in Taxation, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership at Bentley University.
