Eric Pham

Eric Pham currently serves as the Director of Global Merchandising at Thom Browne, Inc., a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the title of Senior Manager, Global Buying and Merchandising at Re/done from January 2021 to March 2022, and worked as a Senior Buyer at Max Mara Fashion Group from March 2019 to January 2021. Eric's extensive experience in the fashion industry includes a significant tenure at rag & bone, where responsibilities included managing merchandising and buying for the men’s division, overseeing multiple points of distribution. Eric's career began with various positions in women's fashion, progressing from Sales Assistant to Associate Buyer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from California State University-Fullerton, alongside training at The Ailey School and completion of high school at West Torrance High School.
