Barbara Mariani

Barbara Mariani is currently the Head of Trend Sourcing Group & Purchasing Italy at THOM, where they manage jewellery purchasing and strategic sourcing while collaborating with leaders across various countries to align on product development based on market trends. Prior to this role, Barbara served in multiple positions at Stroili, including Senior Category Manager and Senior Product Manager, overseeing product development and strategic management for jewellery categories. Their earlier experience includes roles at VF Corporation, KIKO MILANO, and L'Oréal, where they contributed to marketing and product management initiatives. Barbara holds a Master of Science in International Management, graduating with honors from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi,' and has also participated in exchange programs at Sciences Po and The George Washington University.
